01 The basics
BFM ("the mod", "the service") is built and run by one person, me. These Terms are the agreement between you and me. If you buy a license, download or run the mod, or use the website or dashboard, you're agreeing to them, and to how I handle data (see the Privacy Policy). If you don't agree, don't use it.
Where the law gives you stronger rights than anything here, those rights win.
02 What BFM is
BFM is a paid, third-party automation mod for the Hypixel SkyBlock Bazaar. It places, defends, claims and relists orders for you. It's a tool I make as a hobby business.
I am not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Hypixel Inc., Mojang AB, or Microsoft. "Minecraft" and "Hypixel" belong to their owners. BFM is an independent project.
03 Your license
When you buy a plan, I grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use BFM for as long as your plan is active (or permanently, for Lifetime). The license is tied to your Minecraft account(s) and a hardware ID on your machine.
You own your license to use the software. You do not own the software itself, the code, the name, and the brand stay mine.
04 What you can't do
- Resell, rent, sublicense, share, or give away your license or the mod files.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, crack, patch, or try to defeat the licensing or anti-piracy.
- Redistribute the mod or the loader anywhere, in any form.
- Use BFM to run a paid service for other people off the back of your single license.
Doing any of these ends your access immediately, with no refund (see section 10).
05 Using it on Hypixel
Automation can break Hypixel's rules, and Hypixel can ban accounts for using mods like this. That risk is yours, not mine. You decide whether to run BFM, on which account, and how aggressively. I don't control Hypixel and I can't promise you won't be actioned.
I build in safety features and you control the settings, but you are responsible for how you use the tool and for following any rules that apply to you. Use it sensibly.
06 Accounts & devices
Your license binds to your Minecraft account(s) and a hardware ID. BFM supports linking more than one of your accounts to a single license so a ban on one doesn't cost you access, this is for you, not for sharing with friends.
Don't share your account, license, or login. If I see one license being used by clearly different people, I may suspend it.
07 Payment
Plans are a one-time charge, there is no auto-renewal and no hidden recurring billing. Payments are processed by Stripe; I never see or store your full card details. Prices are shown before checkout and may include or exclude tax depending on where you are.
Renewing is always a deliberate action you take, never something that happens automatically behind your back.
08 Refunds
Refunds are covered in full on the Refund Policy, including the 14-day right for customers in the EU/EEA. The short version: if you're an EU/EEA consumer you have a statutory cooling-off right; everyone else, I handle reasonable requests case by case.
09 Updates & availability
I update BFM on a best-effort basis, especially when Minecraft or Hypixel change. I may add, change, pause, or retire features over time. A Minecraft or Hypixel update can temporarily break the mod until I catch up, that's normal for this kind of software.
I try hard to keep things running, but I don't promise specific uptime or that any particular feature will exist forever.
10 Suspension & termination
I can suspend or permanently end your access, without a refund, if you break these Terms, in particular: cracking or sharing the mod, charging back a legitimate payment, or attacking the service or other users.
You can stop using BFM at any time. If you want your account data removed, see the Privacy Policy.
11 No guarantees
BFM is provided "as is". I do not guarantee profit, a specific rate of return, uptime, or that you won't be banned by Hypixel. The Bazaar is a live market run by someone else, results vary and can be negative. Anything BFM shows you (profit estimates, dashboards, simulations) is informational, not a promise.
12 Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, I'm not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost in-game items or coins, account bans, or lost profit arising from your use of BFM. Where liability can't be excluded, it's limited to the amount you paid me for your current license.
Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that can't legally be limited, your statutory rights stay intact.
13 Changes & contact
I may update these Terms. If a change is significant I'll announce it in the Discord and update the date at the top. Continuing to use BFM after a change means you accept it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of my place of residence in the EU, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live. Questions? Reach me in the Discord, or reply to the receipt email from your purchase.
