01 The short version

If you're a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have a 14-day right to change your mind, and I'll refund you (prorated for any time you've already used). Elsewhere, including the US, digital purchases carry no automatic refund right, so it's at my discretion, but I'll still look at reasonable requests within 14 days.

02 Your 14-day right (EU/EEA)

If you bought as a consumer in the EU/EEA, EU law gives you a 14-day right of withdrawal on distance purchases. You can cancel within 14 days of buying and get your money back, no reason needed.

Because BFM is digital and you get access right away, there's one important wrinkle, read the next section.

03 Immediate access & what it means

The one catch

At checkout you're asked to consent to getting access immediately and to acknowledge that, by doing so, you give up the automatic full-withdrawal right for the part you've already used. That's a standard EU rule for digital goods delivered on the spot.

In practice I keep it fair: within those 14 days I'll still refund you, prorated for the access you've actually had (see section 5). If you bought but never activated or used the mod, you get a full refund.

04 US & elsewhere

In the US and most places outside the EU/EEA, there's no statutory cooling-off right for digital purchases, your local law applies and refunds are at my discretion. If something's genuinely broken and I can't fix it, message me within 14 days and I'll make it right, usually with the same prorated refund.

05 How prorating works

For time-based plans, I refund the part you haven't used. For example, on a 30-day plan you cancel after using 6 days, you'd get roughly the remaining 24 days back.

For Lifetime, a within-14-days refund is the price minus a fair amount for the access you've already had. After 14 days, Lifetime isn't refundable.

06 What isn't refundable

  • Requests made after the 14-day window (outside any stronger right you have by law).
  • Cases where the license was shared, cracked, or otherwise used against the Terms.
  • Gift codes that have already been redeemed by the recipient.
  • Purchases reversed by a chargeback instead of a refund request (see below).

07 Chargebacks

Please talk to me before opening a chargeback, a refund is faster and easier for both of us. Filing a chargeback on a legitimate purchase ends your access right away and may forfeit any refund I'd otherwise have given you.

08 How to request one

Fill this in. It copies a ready-to-paste message and opens the Discord, drop it in a ticket, or reply to your purchase email instead.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within a few business days.
