1 Overview

This Refund Policy governs purchases of Bazaar Flipper Mod ("BFM") licenses. Because BFM is digital software delivered immediately after payment, sales are generally final once access or activation has been provided, unless a refund is required by law or approved under the conditions below.

Important: By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Refund Policy and explicitly waive your EU right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period) for digital content that begins execution immediately upon purchase.

We process all payments via Stripe. Refunds, when approved, are returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

2 EU Right of Withdrawal Waiver
EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) - Explicit Waiver

Under EU law, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU states that this right does NOT apply to:

"The supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal."

2.1 Your Explicit Consent

By purchasing BFM, you provide explicit, informed consent that:

  • Your software access and activation eligibility are created immediately upon payment confirmation
  • You gain instant access to the website download flow and linked-account activation process
  • You expressly agree to waive your 14-day EU right of withdrawal
  • You acknowledge that performance begins immediately and understand the consequences
Consent is Obtained Through:
  • Clear notice during the checkout flow that access is delivered immediately
  • Visible access to this Refund Policy before purchase completion
  • Immediate delivery or activation after successful payment

2.2 Why the Waiver Applies

BFM is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (no physical CD/USB). Upon purchase:

  1. Your license is activated in our database instantly
  2. You receive immediate download access and account activation eligibility
  3. The software can be used immediately

Since performance begins immediately and you have provided express consent, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply under EU law.

3 Refund Eligibility

Eligible for Refund

  • Activation Failure: Access or license activation fails and support cannot fix it within a reasonable time
  • Technical Issues: Software fails to launch or function on a supported Windows setup despite reasonable troubleshooting
  • Defective Product: A material defect prevents intended use and is reported within 48 hours of purchase
  • Payment Error: Duplicate charges or unauthorized transactions
  • Service Outage at Delivery: A paid user cannot access the service for an extended period immediately after purchase

NOT Eligible for Refund

  • Changed Mind: You no longer want the product after access or activation
  • Hypixel Ban or Server Action: External platform penalties remain your responsibility
  • User Error: Incorrect configuration, unsupported setup, unsupported launcher or operating system, or failure to follow the guide
  • Expectation Mismatch: The product does not match a personal preference or expected profit level
  • Feature or Policy Changes: Updates, balance changes, server changes, or compatibility changes after purchase
  • TOS Violations: Account suspended or terminated for rule-breaking, abuse, fraud, or sharing
  • Unauthorized Resale: Attempting to resell, transfer, or redistribute access
48-Hour Defect Window: If the software is defective or non-functional, you MUST report the issue within 48 hours of purchase with detailed evidence (screenshots, logs, error messages). Claims after 48 hours will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.
4 Refund Request Process

Include: purchase email, order ID, detailed issue description, screenshots/logs, and steps you have tried

Troubleshooting

Our support team will attempt to resolve the issue (usually responds within a few minutes to a few hours)

Refund Review

If unresolvable, we will review your case against eligibility criteria (typically within 2-3 business days)

Decision & Processing

If approved, refund is processed via Stripe to the original payment method within 5-10 business days

4.1 Required Information

  • Purchase Email: Email used for account registration
  • Transaction ID: Stripe payment ID (found in confirmation email)
  • Issue Description: Detailed explanation of the problem
  • Evidence: Screenshots, crash logs, error messages
  • Troubleshooting Attempts: Steps you have already tried

4.2 Processing Time

  • Review: 1-3 business days after ticket submission
  • Stripe Processing: 5-10 business days to reach your account
  • License Deactivation: Immediate upon refund approval
5 Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
Chargebacks May Suspend Access: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without contacting us first may result in immediate license suspension, account review, or permanent loss of access.

5.1 Stripe Dispute Process

If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect:

  1. Contact Us First: Email [email protected] or open a Discord ticket
  2. Provide Details: Transaction ID, reason for dispute, supporting evidence
  3. Allow 3 Business Days: We will investigate and respond
  4. Resolution: If valid, we will issue a refund voluntarily

5.2 Consequences of Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback without contacting us:

  • Immediate license deactivation or suspension
  • Account termination if the dispute is abusive or fraudulent
  • Restriction from future purchases
  • Loss of refund eligibility while the dispute is active
  • Limited or denied support access for abuse cases

5.3 Fraudulent Chargebacks

We respond to all chargebacks with Stripe by providing:

  • Proof of digital product delivery (download access and activation records)
  • Account usage logs showing software was used
  • IP address and device information matching the purchase
  • Email confirmation of EU waiver consent

Fraudulent chargebacks for digital goods are typically ruled in favor of the merchant. We reserve the right to pursue legal action for fraudulent disputes.

Legitimate Disputes: If you genuinely believe a charge is unauthorized (e.g., stolen card), contact us immediately. We will cooperate fully and issue a refund if the claim is valid.
