Your account is permanently linked to your Minecraft UUID. Each UUID may only be associated with one BFM account. Attempts to create multiple accounts with the same UUID will result in account suspension.
BFM offers the following license tiers:
Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Mod for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not grant you ownership of the software.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.
You may use BFM for legitimate bazaar trading on Hypixel Skyblock, subject to Hypixel's rules and these Terms.

The names "Bazaar Flipper Mod", "BFM", and associated logos are trademarks. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or bug reports, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate such feedback into the Service.
Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

All sales are final. No refunds will be provided except in cases of extreme technical failure preventing the software from functioning as advertised.
BFM is currently in beta and is actively receiving updates, improvements, and bug fixes. By purchasing a license, you acknowledge that:
For consumers in the European Union and European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU. However, this right does not apply if you have expressly consented to the beginning of performance before the end of the 14-day period and acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal by doing so.
Refunds may be considered only in cases of extreme technical failure where the software is completely non-functional and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe. Such requests must be submitted to support with detailed documentation of the issue.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Your account and license history will remain active, but you will lose access to premium features once the subscription expires.

The Service relies on third-party services (Hypixel API, Stripe, Discord). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of these third-party services.
While BFM provides tools to identify profitable trades, we make no guarantee that you will earn coins or profit from using the Service. Market conditions, user error, and other factors can result in losses.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BAZAAR FLIPPER MOD AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS LESS.
